10 Minute AMRAP
This is SUCH a good way to get a full body workout in when you only have 10 minutes to spare.
AMRAP = As Many Rounds As Possible
In the pdf below, you will follow the AMRAP exercises and repetitions, repeating until the timer goes off! Now… don’t worry, it’s not the full 10 minutes. The first two will act as a warm-up and then minutes 2-10 will be flowing through the AMRAP. That way your body is warm before you jump in!
There are variations for the exercises listed in the pdf, as this is a workout for anyone that has 10 minutes to spare! On my instagram I’ve posted clips of each of the exercises, so you can determine which variation is going to feel best in your body.
10 minute playlists can be found on spotify or apple music at shannonpcochran or choose a playlist that is going to give you positive vibes, set that timer for 10 minutes, and have FUN!
