I began teaching group fitness, yoga, and meditation in 2017 and personal training in 2022, igniting by passion for movement. Movement has been a huge part of my life, as it became a way for me to take care of my mental health through the stressors of academia. I spent my dissertation studying the efficacies of mind-body practices, to help people lessen their stress and avoid burnout in their lives. I knew that helping others to make lasting habits, find joyful movement, and prioritize themselves was something that I was supposed to do.

As I continue further into fitness, movement, and wellness, I realize there isn’t a ‘one-size-fits-all’ structure. I want to help be that bridge for you! I have experience creating various workout programs for the individual, including at-home workouts, pilates, yoga, strength programs, and different modalities. Your goals could be longevity, flexibility, endurance… you name it and I’ll help give you tools to make lasting habits. I want to make sure you ENJOY what you do, and have a say in how you move your body.
