Starting with a 1 on 1 session, I will create a workout plan catered to your preferences, goals, and needs. Your program will be uniquely YOURS. This is about finding a workout routine that is enjoyable, maintainable, and fulfilling.

Individual programming starts with a 1 on 1 session, where I create a workout plan to all of your preferences. After the program is completed, we will work together 1 on 1 either virtually or in-person on form, foundations, and through your personalized workout.
