8 Minute EMOM

Another workout but make it short and spicy!

EMOM stands for every minute on the minute.

Generally, it’s a certain number of reps for a couple different movements that you’ll try to complete before the minute is up, with the goal of having 15-25 seconds left in the minute to rest. When the next minute begins, you’ll repeat the movements and rest.

So, for today’s workout it will be 8 minutes of work. Find the details below…

I recommend finding a playlist that gets you energized and ready to move! You can find playlists on spotify or apple music @shannonpcochran

All you need is something that can keep the time and some space to move. Otherwise, dumbbells can add an extra level of spice, but they are totally optional.
