Me with another Taylor Swift themed workout?…. indeed.
If you are deep into the lore of the Track 5 on Taylor Swift’s albums, you might know that (allegedly) these are the saddest songs according to T Swift herself.
So, why would we make a workout to it? Because!!
I think when we really enjoy our music selection, we can get lost in the world of the lyrics and time flies by.
This workout follows all (current) 10 albums and has each track 5 with an associated pace and incline. More instructions can be found in the pdf below!
