Harry's House Hike
A hike for the Harries… the Stylers…. the harry stans?
I couldn’t pass up on a little alliteration with this Harry’s House Hike, and I knew I wanted to work through at least ONE of Harry’s iconic albums.
This workout is the full album hiking up and down a little incline and pace. The album comes in at just about 42 minutes, and even though “Music For a Sushi Restaurant” is definitely high energy, you’ll use it to warm-up and “Love of My Life” as a cooldown. The highest incline in this workout is an 8% in “Daydreaming,” making it your highest intensity song, with the songs following decreasing in incline to act as a way to gradually descend into the cooldown. To keep things interesting, the pace will change throughout, not just the incline. All the inclines and paces are just a guide, and as I always say, you do you! The paces will alternate between a walk, walk+, and power walk. How to find these paces can be found in the pdf above.
If you’re doing this outside or on a bike, you can always keep the inclines flat and adjust your pace or resistance on the bike.
Pull the album up on your favorite way to listen, jump on a treadmill or head outside, and get ready to hike!
