45 Minute Build-a-Booty
Now let’s get into the nitty gritty… 45 minutes of glute-focused exercises using HEAVY dumbbells and even a barbell if you are feeling spicy.
This can be done with just one set of heavy dumbbells, but if you have options, feel free to adjust based on the exercise.
Since we are lifting heavier, the rests between each set and exercise will be a minimum of 1 minute. If you don’t feel like you’ve fully recovered by the end of the minute, give yourself another minute. It’s important to take that FULL rest when lifting a little heavier.
