Beginner Run (Taylor's Version)

Hey swiftie!

If you’ve been considering getting into running, one of the best ways to build up endurance is to alternate walking and running. And why not do it with a fun playlist?!

This run mainly follows the structure of chorus runs; walking on the verses and bridge and jogging/running during the chorus. Following this structure allows for variety in time for your walking efforts and jogging/running efforts.

The workout is 30 minutes with most of the running intervals being 30-45 seconds. There is one push interval during Cruel Summer about halfway through the workout of 1 minute and 45 seconds. However, you can always pull back the speed during the bridge to give yourself a walking break.

This can be done on a treadmill or outdoors! Listen to your body and adjust your paces as you need.
