What better way to enjoy the winter months than with a hike following the winter album evermore.

If you have an hour and ten minutes to spare, jump into the full album version. The full hike follows the album, in order, adjusting your incline and speed with each new song. If you are looking for a shorter version, the 20 minute or 30 minute hike is for you! The 20 minute and 30 minute hike uses different songs to keep things fresh.

Since this is a hike, all three versions follow the same pace guidelines. Walk, Walk+, & Power Walk. How to find you pace can be found in each of the pdfs.

This workout utilizes a treadmill, but it can easily be modified for an elliptical or stationary bike. Just adjust your resistance instead of incline.

The full hike utilizes the first song as a warm-up and the last song as a cooldown. In the 20 & 30 minute versions, the first song is a mini warm-up, but the last song is your highest intensity effort. I recommend adding another song of your choice as a cooldown at 0% incline and a walk pace.
