10 Minute NO REPEAT Cardio

For the people that get bored easily in their cardio sessions… I feel you!

This is perfect for anyone that wants to get a quick sweat sesh in while at-home, on vacation, or while at the gym. Truly versatile for whatever you may be needing a quick blast of cardio for.

As this is a NO REPEAT cardio, you’ll be doing each exercise only once. 10 exercises, 45 seconds on 15 seconds rest. Give those 45 seconds everything you’ve got then rest/transition for those 15 seconds before moving on. And. That’s. IT.

Keeping things simple, quick, but still SPICY!
